Enjoy this recipe for baked chicken nuggets!
Spicy and crispy crust and tender meat that melts in your mouth - and all this without a gram of extra fat. They're a great idea for a snack or a dinner base.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts (350 g)
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp freshly grated parmesan
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
- 0.5 tsp granulated garlic
- 0.5 tsp salt
Method
- Cut the chicken breasts into large chunks. Try to make them even.
- Prepare the crust. Beat an egg in a bowl. On a separate plate, mix together breadcrumbs, salt, paprika, oregano, cayenne, garlic and parmesan.
- Cover each piece of chicken with a layer of flour, then egg, and then the breadcrumb mixture.
- Line a baking pan with aluminum oil and spread a bit of oil on it. Place the prepared chicken nuggets on the pan; cover them with a thin layer of oil.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 200oC (fan) for 20 minutes.
